Greetings everyone!
We hope that the end of the term is wrapping up well for all. We are pleased to share with you the 2021 Legal Educators’ Resource Share and Appendices which are attached to this message. As a reminder, the Resource Share is the compilation of resources and activities that are shared before and at the Legal Educators’ Colloquium at the annual ABA Dispute Resolution Section Conference. In addition to being attached to this message, your can find them on the ADR Hub.
This is the main document, which includes all of the resources contributed at this session and at previous sessions held over the past few years. Note that it is annotated with yellow highlights for “new additions” and blue highlights for “updated information” regarding previous contributions.
Some of the resources described in the main document refer to appendices. Appendix N (Bridge of Spies lesson), Appendix O (technology dry run), and Appendix P (complex family mediation) are new material from 2021. The main document also references material in the 2019 appendices (A – H) as well as in the 2020 appendices (beginning with Appendix I).
As always, we are grateful to all for their generosity and creativity! 2020 – 2021 was a challenging academic year for so many reasons, but this community rose to the challenge and supported each other. It is wonderful to be a part of this community.
