On Friday, Feb. 26, from noon to 5:00pm CT, the Creighton University School of Law will be hosting its annual Law Review Symposium virtually. This year’s topic is Alternative Dispute Resolution in the Business Setting and will celebrate the 15-year anniversary of the Werner Institute.

This outstanding program combines the latest academic research, practitioner expertise, and legal updates on the use of negotiation, mediation, and arbitration in business and the workplace.  Sessions include timely topics such as online mediation and arbitration, mitigating risk through arbitration, and getting the most from negotiations.  More information about the sessions can be found on the event page. The event is free but registration is required.
