The National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution hosted a panel discussion and book launch on Wednesday, July 29.
The program is entitled “Dispute System Design for the 21st Century.”
The book is Dispute Systems Design: Preventing, Managing and Resolving Conflict by Lisa Blomgren Amsler, Janet K. Martinez, and Stephanie E. Smith, published by Stanford University Press.
The discussion includes opening remarks by Leah Wing and Orna Rabinovich-Einy. Ethan Katch will introduce the panelists including Carrie Menkel-Meadow, Larry Susskind, Ayelet Sala, and Colin Rule.
I posted the video of the program, so you can watch it now.
In case it slipped your mind, there will be a great event next Wednesday, July 29, about themes in the DSD book described in this post. It features an all-star cast and should be fascinating. So check it out if you are interested and have the time.
