April 27, 8:45-10:00 am Pacific Time – Book Launch for Dispute System Design book, with Jan Martinez, Lisa Blomgren Amsler (co-authors) and Paul Brest, Jay Folberg, Grande Lum, and Ayelet Sala.  Note that the flyer includes a discount code for the book.  They are developing a teaching supplement this summer to help instructors use the book in their courses.

April 30, 1:00 – 2:30 pm Eastern Time – Dispute Resolution Works-in-Progress Consortium presents the latest in its series, Discovering New Voices in Dispute Resolution.  Vera Korzun will present “Beyond the Name and Nationality: Who Are the Claimants in Investment Arbitration?” and Susan Franck will comment.  Rose Rameau will present “The Pan-African Investment Code as a Model for Negotiation on the Investment Protocol to the Agreement Establishing the African Continental Free Trade Area,” and Andrea Bjorklund will comment.

May 5-June 30 – New York Law School Wednesday Lunch Series of Conversations in Conflict Resolution, hosted by Peter Philips.  These conversations take place every other week at 1 pm Eastern Time.  This series features Thierry Garby, Myra Selby, Ben Davis, Chris Kwok, and Hon. Raymond Kramer.
