Thanks to Marquette Law, especially Andrea Schneider and Natalie Fleury, for hosting the Tenth Annual Works-in-Progress Conference, sponsored by the AALS Section on Dispute Resolution. Not only did participants hear presentations and give and receive instant feedback on draft papers, half-baked ideas and book projects, but Andrea and Natalie kept us entertained with a host of activities and games, including a campus-wide scavenger hunt using the Goose Chase App. Food (especially chocolate) was aplenty, and Andrea even hosted the entire group for a delicious dinner at her beautiful home in the suburbs.
This is definitely one of my favorite conferences, as the group is warm and welcoming. and eager to help out with constructive feedback no matter the subject matter.
I can’t wait for next year’s ADR WIP!
Here’s hoping some of the photos get posted here !!
