The ABA DR Section Conference – April 13-16 in Denver

The brochure for the upcoming ABA DR Section conference in Denver just hit my desk and it promises to be worth your time.  The headline speakers are Bob Mnookin, author of the highly acclaimed book Bargaining with the Devil: When to Negotiate, When to Fight, and Temple Grandin, the renowned animal scientist from Colorado State University.  Did I mention that Clair Danes won a Golden Globe playing her in an HBO movie?  Additionally there will be an arbitration plenary focusing on Olympic doping claims and a mediation plenary focusing on conducting good post-mortem reflections to improve your ability to learn from what just happened.

As the Indisputably audience (hopefully) knows, this is the best ADR conference there is.  The program is simply packed with great content, including the Legal Educators’ Colloquium on Saturday.  It is always worth the money, and if you need CLE, a relatively inexpensive way to get a year’s worth of CLE hours.

The conference runs from Wednesday April 13th to Saturday April 16th and is located at the lovely Sheraton Denver Dowtown Hotel.  To check out the conference brochure and register for the conference, go here.

See you in Denver !!
