I am delighted to announce that Paul Kirgis will be joining our blog. Paul’s previous blogs have always been interesting and helpful and I know that he will add an important financial element to our understanding.
Paul is the Faculty Chair of the Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution at St. John’s University School of Law in New York City. He teaches Negotiation, Alternative Dispute Resolution, and Evidence at St. John’s, where he also serves as Associate Dean for Faculty Scholarship. His most recent article, Arbitration, Bankruptcy, and Public Policy: A Contractarian Analysis appeared this spring in the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.
