FACULTY POSITION IN LAW

The Legal Studies and Business Ethics Department of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a tenured or tenure-track position in law. The Department has eighteen full-time faculty who teach a variety of business-oriented legal courses in the undergraduate, MBA and PhD programs and whose research is regularly published in leading law reviews and related journals. Applicants should have a J.D. or equivalent degree — ABD acceptable (expected completion no later than June 2010) — and additional graduate degrees are viewed favorably. Overall, candidates should demonstrate outstanding academic credentials and a commitment to a career of legal scholarship in a field related to business.
