UC Law SF is honored and thrilled to be able to host the 18th Annual AALS ADR Works-in-Progress Conference.  Please join us on October 24-25 in the heart of San Francisco!

This year’s conference will follow the typical format, starting with a reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres on Thursday October 23 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.; panels all day and a conference dinner on Friday October 24; and panels in the morning and an optional afternoon excursion on Saturday October 25.   A more detailed schedule will be posted once registration closes.  Zoom participation will be limited to a webinar format, in which remote participants may submit questions through the chat only.  Those wishing to present are strongly encouraged to participate in person.

For those presenters who will have draft papers to circulate in advance, we have created a limited set of opportunities to receive commentary from senior scholars in the field.  If you wish to be considered for this opportunity, please check the “plenary” option during registration.  This option is open to all, regardless of seniority.

Please note that there is a citywide conference taking place during the same time as the WIP, so hotel accommodations will be more limited than usual.  We have blocks of rooms at two different hotels that will run out on September 23 or as soon as all rooms in the block have been reserved.
