Moritz to Host Second WIP Event – March 26

The Program on Dispute Resolution at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law is pleased to host the second “Dispute Resolution Works-in-Progress Consortium” event on Friday March 26, 2021, from 3-4:30 p.m. EST. To register, click here.

Andrew Mamo, Assistant Professor of Law at Northern Illinois University will present Against Resolution: Dialogue, Demonstration, and Dispute Resolution. Professor Jennifer Reynolds, Associate Dean of Faculty Research and Programs at the University of Oregon School of Law, will offer comments following Andrew’s presentation.

Gilat Bachar, Visiting Assistant Professor at Villanova University School of Law will share her work, The Psychology of Secret Settlements. University of Michigan Law School Professor JJ Prescott will share comments following Gilat’s presentation.

Quinnipiac hosted the first event in this series on January 29, 2021. More than a dozen nationally recognized law school dispute resolution programs are working with the AALS Section of Alternative Dispute Resolution to host this event series.
