Hi everyone–and happy start to the semester.  I’m about to teach a bit on interviewing and counseling and am using a fun video on different types of questions courtesy of my nieces.  Nothing like some teenagers (and an 8 year old) stuck at home during the pandemic to get really creative in helping their mom (my sister Nancy) make class material for her class on facilitation more interesting.  Enjoy!
