Dr. Jacqueline Font-Guzmán will move to Eastern Mennonite University as the inaugural executive director of diversity, equity, and inclusion as of April 1.

Currently, she is a professor of law and conflict studies and director in the Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Program in the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska.
