August 1, 2019: deadline for registration to let us know we can expect you.
September 3, 2019: if you are presenting a work-in-progress, deadline for uploading materials. (Presenters will receive a separate email with additional instructions.)
September 3, 2019: also the deadline for the conference group rate at the Hyatt Place (across the street from the university campus).
