CPR’s Alternatives provides free access to a helpful analysis of the CFPB’s ban on the use of class action waivers in arbitration agreements and gives an update on where the regulation is (rejected by the House, not yet considered by the Senate). After reading the article, I am more optimistic that the rule may yet see the light of day.
