This blog is aimed principally at the intersection of the academy and ADR. But for those who are perhaps new to one or the other, the ABA Section on Dispute Resolution is both enormous and critically important. (I know that’s not true of all sections, in all academic disciplines. But if you’re doing ADR work right now and you don’t know the ABA Section, I’m essentially positive that you’re missing something important.) FOI Nancy Welsh is now Chair of the Section, and we collectively owe her our thanks.
Ms. Seely has strong background in pro bono work, in legal aid, and in Bar governance. I am eager to see what comes next from the Section.
