The Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University is looking to hire two Faculty Associates to work on foreclosure and mortgage related issues in Arizona. One opening is in the new Foreclosure Mediation Unit of our Lodestar Dispute Resolution Program to provide mediation services between lenders and residential borrowers facing foreclosure. The other is in the new Homeowner Advocacy Unit of our Civil Justice Clinic to work with students and lawyers in representing homeowners who are at risk of defaulting on mortgage loans or facing foreclosure, or who are victims of mortgage fraud scams.
