Just a reminder that the Indisputably crew will be out in force at the AALS meetings later this week and weekend in San Francisco. Don’t forget to join us at the ADR Section breakfast on Friday morning followed by the Section’s program entitled “Connecting Doctrinal and Practical Problem-Solving Instruction to Enhance Legal Education.” The program will include results of research about the extent to which such integration now occurs in law schools and specific ways that faculty have accomplished this integration in their courses and textbooks. Thanks to the panel – Jerry Anderson (Drake), Rachel Croskery-Roberts (Michigan), John Lande (Missouri), Sean Nolon (Vermont), and Kelly Olson (Ark-Little Rock) – for putting together what promises to be an interesting program.
Also, don’t forget that the rooms for both of these events have been moved. Here’s a link to Kelly’s post noting the appropriate rooms.
