I heard from a reliable source that the CPR Institute awarded its Annual Prize for Problem Solving in the Law School Curriculum to the Harvard Negotiation & Mediation Clinical Program. I haven’t, however, found anything about it on the CPR website. I know that Bob Bordone has been doing some great work with that clinical, and I’m delighted for him that they’ve received this recognition. I assume that CPR has also awarded their other prizes, but I haven’t heard anything about those yet.

I understand that the College of Commercial Arbitrators was also given a CPR Award for its Protocols for Expeditious, Cost-Effective Commercial Arbitration, but haven’t been able to find anything on CPR’s website either.
