Assistant Director at the Harvard Mediation and Negotiation Clinic

The Mediation and Negotiation Clinic at Harvard is on a hiring spree with a second job posting in the same week, this one for the permanent position of Assistant Director of the Clinic.  The job posting is here, and an excerpt is below.  Go here for information on the Clinical Instructor position, which was posted earlier this week.

Will have special responsibility for expanding  the opportunities for mediation available to students at Harvard Law School and will work closely with staff and students of the Harvard Mediation Program to enhance clinical supervision of students in mediation.  Will serve as a Lecturer on Law to teach Mediation during the fall semester and will teach the classroom component of the clinical program during the Spring semester. With the Director and in collaboration with the other clinical instructors, the Assistant Director will be responsible for developing student projects and for building and maintaining client relationships. Will supervise and mentor students, including meeting regularly to discuss developments in their projects, and providing regular, detailed feedback.
