The American College of Civil Trial Mediators has issued a call for papers for its publication, the American Journal of Mediation.  Specifically the call states:

The Editorial Board is accepting articles for publications from law professors and law students and others involved in conflict and dispute resolution.  Additional information, format requirements, and submission details can be obtained from the Journal website.
