Volunteer Mediators needed in San Francisco on April 7-8

The ADR in Law Schools Committee of the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution seeks several experienced mediators to mediate the National Final Rounds of the ABA Representation in Mediation Competition.  In the competition, students play the role of lawyer and client in a mediation of a simulated case and are judged on their prolem-solving skills.  The competition takes place in conjunction with the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution’s Spring Conference, on April 7 and 8, 2010, at the Hyatt Regency San Francisco.  Students in these rounds have already won their respective regional competitions.

If you are willing to serve as a mediator, not only will you help train the next generation of students about the mediation process, but you will be able to register for the conference at the discounted faculty rate.  Please e-mail David Moora at moorad@staff.abanet.org if you are willing and able to volunteer.
