Call for Papers – Emerging Issues in ADR

If this string of calls for papers is any indication, ADR issues are hot on the law review circuit. Here’s the latest one, in its entirety, from our friends at the Vermont Law School.

The Vermont Law Review has agreed to publishing three professional articles and one student article on emerging issues in dispute resolution. This dedicated edition is scheduled to run in early 2010. Topics include negotiation, mediation and arbitration. The deadline for professional papers will be November 1, 2009 and student papers will be due on November 20, 2009. If you are interested, please submit a short (one-two page) summary of your topic by June 5, 2009 to me via email at snolon@vermontlaw.edu. I will be working with a selection board to review and select proposals by the end of June and look forward to getting your proposals.
