The International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (aka CPR) recently announced the appointment of Serena K. Lee as its president & CEO, effective April 1. Here’s information about her from CPR’s press release.
Serena Lee has extensive ADR experience. She received her JD from Cardozo, where she received a mediation certificate from the Kukin Program for Conflict Resolution. She served as vice president of the American Arbitration Association until 2019. She joined JAMS in 2019 and currently serves as the vice president of operations.
Lee is a long-time member of the ABA’s Section of Dispute Resolution, where she served on the membership committee and helped to develop, launch and chair the Section’s Fellowship Program. She is the chair of the California Lawyers Association’s Litigation Section’s ADR Committee and a member of the Asian Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, where she was education chair for many years.
Considering the leadership of Ohio State’s Katrina Lee and Missouri’s Ilhyung Lee in addition to Serena’s, we now are in the Lee Era of ADR.
