The American Law Institute – the leading independent organization in the United States producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize, and otherwise improve the law (think the restatements and various model codes) – recently announced several newly elected members.  Among the 14 new members are two members of our dispute resolution community – J.J. Prescott (Michigan) and Victoria Sahani (Boston University).
