ADR Conference at Pepperdine

From FOI Nancy Welsh:

Tom Stipanowich and I are writing to remind you of the June 18-19 conference being held in Malibu–and to request that you forward this notice to dispute resolution colleagues, including adjunct faculty at your schools who might not be on the listserv.

Titled “Appreciating our Legacy and Engaging our Future,” this international conference will convene leading academics, clinicians, adjuncts, practitioners, and leaders to discuss best practices and recent developments in the ADR field.  Our focus will include topics near and dear to those of us involved in legal education: teaching, empirical research and scholarship, and service.  The conference is co-sponsored by the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University, the ABA Section of Dispute Resolution, and Texas A&M University School of Law’s Aggie Dispute Resolution Program.  Colleagues from many cooperating institutions also have assisted with the organization of the various sessions.  You can access the agenda, list of cooperating institutions, and registration here.  And, very importantly, an early-bird registration fee of $185 is now available.

Please be sure to let us know if you have any questions whatsoever.

Ed: You can reach Nancy at nwelsh@law.tamu.edu.
